AN ART QUEST FOR CALMNESS
Starting on Friday 09.10.2020 and until Sunday 18.10.2020 from 18:00 to 22:00, Light Art Grindelwald illuminates the dark autumn evenings.
On its first edition, Light Art Grindelwald (LAG) has the theme “Calmness”. 10 artworks from Swiss and international light artists invite you to walk and browse the streets of the centre of the alpine village of Grindelwald and get in a quest for aesthetic contemplation and inner peace.
In a playful setup, facades, outdoor and indoor spaces take life under a new light, irradiating calmness in hectic times.
Under the artistic direction of Ursina Wirz, the line-up includes artworks from Jeongmoon Choi, Robert Montgomery, Sara Widmer and Daniel Lütolf form the art collective CKÖ, Georg Lendorff, Simon Broggi, Lukas Truniger -with Itamar Bergfreund & Bruce Yoder- and Marcus Pericin & Florian Bachmann from the Colour-Light-Centre of the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK).
